Group Meditation - April to June

Why meditate in a group?

It provides the necessary encouragement for developing a consistent practice. You can feel a real connection with others by tapping into the same silence and source of peace at the same time. Answers addressing difficulties with practice and feedback regarding experiences that arise during the meditation process are available. It's inspiring and motivating to connect with others who share the same intentions of having a sense of calm, peace and balance that can improve and transform your life!
 
This program is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners. We will start with Eight-form moving meditation, guided meditation, sitting and walking meditation followed by a guided self-massage. Dharma talk, group sharing, and Q&A are also included in the program. A delicious vegetarian lunch will be provided. Please see the dates below to register.
 
Notes:
1.  All are welcome. No experience is required.
2.  Please check in 10-15 minutes before meditation starts.
3.  Wear loose clothing. Avoid wearing tight-fitting clothes that may prevent you from breathing comfortably and meditating.
4.  Masks are optional.
