• Eight form moving meditation
• Sitting meditation
• Walking meditation
• Sharing

No registration is required. 
All are welcome especially those who are not familiar with Chinese. 

Fee: free. Donation is welcome.

Notice: 

• It is recommended to wear loose pants which cover your knees. 
• Food with meat is not allowed in the venue.
