repay kindness

If we are able to survive, live in peace and free from disturbance, and follow and practice the Dharma well, we should be thankful to the many people who help and support us. That is why Buddhism teaches us to repay four types of kindnesses: the kindness of parents, the kindness of the Three Jewels, the kindness of one's country, and the kindness of other sentient beings. Some people also count the kindness of teachers.

It only requires a smile or a look to make people joyful and feel warm inside.

Helping others extensively is the best way to repay the kindness we have received.

Giving and receiving must be mutual, which are what hold society together and what make the society and the world we live in have warmth and hope. Although we may not be able to repay kindness to the person who has helped us, as long as we harbor gratitude and thankfulness, and pray for the happines
