[ Schedule ]: Eight-form moving meditation, sitting meditation, walking meditation & sharing.

1. Loose clothing recommended. Long pants that cover at least the knees preferred.
2. Lunch will be provided. Please refrain from bringing any food that contains meat.
3. Please keep noble silence throughout the retreat.
