[Notice] 108 Great Compassion Mantra Recitation Ceremony

Welcoming the New Year with Chan Meditation Center

Chan Meditation Center (CMC) will conduct 108 Great Compassion Mantra Recitation Ceremony at 7 pm (EST), December 31st, 2020, with a 3-hour live-streaming display online. CMC welcomes devotees to jointly recite the mantra 108 times to pray that the year 2021 brings both peace and ease for all, as well as calm and harmony for the whole world. The link to the group practice is here.

"Chant Guanyin Bodhisattva often, and you will have peace and ease." Chan Meditation Center sincerely invites devotees worldwide to support the deceased and calm unstable minds through Buddhas' and Bodhisattvas' compassionate vows. CMC reminded participants to chant the mantra with concentration, clarity, and relaxation to maintain a calm and peaceful body and mind. CMC encouraged everyone to learn from and embody Guanyin Bodhisattva by cultivating vows to recognize, cherish, and nurture one's blessings. In so doing, it is hoped that everyone can end suffering and attain joy.
