Thanksgiving Chang Retreat -2017/11/21-11/25, DDRC, NY

Thanksgiving Chang Retreat - November 21-25, 2017

What better way to give thanks than to cultivate awareness and peace. Harmonize your body and mind, by engaging in healthy living and Chan meditation -- balancing all of the five aspects of diet, sleep, body, breath, and mind.

On this Chan retreat, Rebecca Li will teach the basic principles of Buddhadharma and the unique approach of the Chan school methods of meditation. The methods will be taught in the context of daily life activities, such as sitting, standing, walking, sleeping, working, and eating. Chanting and gentle yoga exercises further harmonize the body, breath, and mind.

Rebecca will also give personal interviews to provide additional guidance.

Ends: Saturday November 25 - 1:00 pm
