Form II Neck Exercise



1. Joined Palms

2. Sit up straight

3. Relax the whole body

4. Place the hands on the thighs

5. Slowly lift your left arm and bend it over your head

6. With fingers touching your right cheek

7. Slowly tilt your head to the left

8. And turn it as far left as possible

9. Be aware of the facial muscles stretching and the neck turning

10.Slowly turn the head back to the center

11.Be aware of the cheeks and neck becoming relaxed

12.Slowly lift your right arms and bend it over your head

13.With fingers touching your left cheek

14.Slowly tilt your head to the right

15.And turn it as far right as possible

16.Be aware of the facial muscles stretching and the neck turning

17.Slowly turn the head back to the center

18.Be aware of the facial muscles stretching and the neck becoming relaxed

19.Switch hands

20.Be aware of the facial muscles stretching and the neck stretching and then

21.becoming relaxed

22.Be aware of the fingers and arms becoming relaxed

23.Be aware of the whole body becoming relaxed

24.Switch hands

25.Be aware of the facial muscles and the neck stretching and then becoming relaxed

26.Be aware of the fingers and arms becoming relaxed

27.Be aware of the whole body becoming relaxed

28.Switch hands

29.Be aware of the facial muscles and the neck stretching and then becoming relaxed

30.Be aware of the fingers and arms becoming relaxed

31.Be aware of the whole body becoming relaxed

32.Switch hands

33.Be aware of the neck and shoulders becoming relaxed

34.Slowly turn the head back to the center

35.Be aware of the whole body feeling relaxed

36.Join palms
