Vancouver - Dharma Drum Vancouver Center

Meditation Group Practice is DDVC's weekly group meditation practice session. All are welcome to join in the simple practices of Chan meditation, where we apply methods amidst Eight-form Movements, walking, light yoga exercise, sitting, and standing. Sitting periods are approximately 30 minutes, but one is welcome to sit continuously. This weekly activity includes a Dharma Talk by our Director Venerable Chang Wu.

The practice program is orderly, yet flexible, suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. First timers please email or phone in advance to arrange an orientation for you.

Time: Every Sunday, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm (in Chinese, English translation is provided.)
