Beginner’s Meditation Class (in English)

Are you in search of calm and peace, seeking ease and freedom of body and mind? A simple sitting meditation practice can help you relax and release body and mind; basic Chan practice will develop your body mindfulness, thereby bringing you a calm body and mind. Correct concepts and methods for sitting meditation can enhance your life with more ease and spontaneity.

Registration in advance and full attendance is required.
Please submit your application form at the reception desk.

These classes are open to all general public.
