Form VII - Feet Exercise



1. Joined Palms

2. Relax the whole body

3. Sit erect on the chair

4. With both legs straight ahead

5. Heal resting on the floor

6. Place your hands on the thighs

7. Slowly tilt the feet backward

8. Be aware of the stretching of the lower legs

9. Reverse direction

10. And slowly press the feet forward

11. Be aware of the stretching of the muscles in the feet

12. Slowly tilt the feet backward

13. Be aware of the relaxing sensation in the lower legs

14. Slowly press the feet forward

15. Be aware of the relaxing sensation in the muscles of the feet

16. Slowly tilt the feet backward

17. Be aware of the relaxing sensation in the lower legs

18. Be aware of the relaxing sensation in the whole body

19. Slowly press the feet forward

20. Be aware of the relaxing sensation in the muscles of the feet

21. Be aware of the relaxing sensation in the whole body

22. Slowly return the feet to the original position

23. Slowly rotate the feet counterclockwise

24. Be aware of the feet and ankles rotating

25. Be aware of the relaxing sensation in the feet and ankles

26. Be aware of the relaxing sensation in the whole body

27. Reverse the direction

28. Be aware of the feet and ankles rotating

29. Be aware of the relaxing sensation in the feet and ankles

30. Be aware of the relaxing sensation in the whole body
